UpKeep needed a website that could communicate the power of an asset operations platform to three very different audiences: maintenance teams drowning in spreadsheets, operations leaders trying to prevent downtime, and reliability teams managing hundreds of assets. The complexity? Explaining how one unified platform solves problems across maintenance, safety, inventory, and asset lifecycle tracking without feeling overwhelming.

UpKeep's platform addresses a broad range of asset operations needs, including maintenance management, equipment tracking, safety compliance, inventory control, and IoT integration. The redesign faced a critical challenge: effectively communicating the platform's capabilities to three distinct user groups with different priorities and pain points. Maintenance teams needed clarity on how the platform would reduce administrative overhead and streamline workflows. Operations leaders required reassurance that the system could provide real-time visibility and prevent costly downtime. Reliability engineers needed to understand how the platform could scale across multiple sites while handling complex asset lifecycle management. The Result
The design prioritizes clarity through clean typography, purposeful use of data visualization, and strategic spacing that lets the product shine. Each section guides visitors through a natural journey from "What is this?" to "How does it solve my problem?" to "Let me try it." The responsive design works seamlessly across devices, and the entire system is built to scale as UpKeep adds new products and features.
